how is philbin guilty? even if he told incognito himself to toughen up Martin, is this not nfl common practice? he didn't tell incognito to go racist and threaten his life and family. did they not toughen up Jerry and egnew? was that racial too? they are the same race as Martin

I'm waiting for Incognito to release a voicemail where Martin calls him a "cracker"...in fact he may have already done so, but the media didn't think it was relevant.

Do you seriously believe that message was a REAL threat of physical violence with racial undertones? It was a wanna-be "hood" greeting followed by some of the dumbest, lamest trash-talking I've ever seen. There's no way that anyone could take that seriously, unless they're planning on using it out of context in court. You can't even make the suggestion that Martin didn't grow up in the "real world" and is not "hip to the lingo" because this is his second year in the NFL.
