what the hell is everyone bitching about?


We're coming off a very "LUCKY" 9-7 after starting 3-7 two seasons ago...face it, we were lucky to go 9-7, the patsies didn't care about the Flutie drop-kick game, and we got some very good fortune in a couoe other games and very esasliy coulda and shoulda been under .500 , and 6-10 this season, and got slimed by that slimeball Saban...

ANY ONE of the coaches the Phins have interviewed is a serious UPGRADE IMO!!!!

To hear some folks ***** you'd think that WH was tampering with a DYNASTY team!!!!

He said he was just joking. Don't U believe him? Can't A NFL Head Coach go on A radio show and joke about wanting TO BE A COLLEGE HEAD COACH? They do this kind of thing all the time. Move over Robin Williams, Jim Jr. is the new King Of Comedy!!!
 
Why not Mora? He Knows how to handle a better than average Defence.It's not his fault he was saddled with a "OVERPAID" Q.B who couldn't read a defence to save his life...AKA= "COACH-KILLER".He seems to like the run game, and with Ricky on his way back, it would be nice to see something other than"Run middle" every 1st down.To me Mora looks like a better choice than any college coach!

If Miami hires him then next year at this time they may be saying the same thing because of DC!:boohoo:

exactly i want mora jr. as our coach
 
Mora will do a great job. He is young and personable. I think we are long over due for a HC with a little personality. I will support anyone who gets the job but think that Mora is a great fit in Miami.

There is an important difference Wayne doesn't treat DC as his son. Wayne is a hands-off owner compared to the rest of the NFL owners.
 
Anyone ever think Mora made those comments on the radio because he WANTED to be fired? He couldn't quit, but this helped him go someplace else.

That is my read on Mora's situation. Like it or not likes coaches are ultimately judged on how well they manage the AB position, thanks to Aurther Blanks meddling Mora never had a chance to correct Vick or develop Matt Schaub.

Mora did what he needed to do to start over, BTW:damn ballsy move.

The reason posters are freaking out about the HC search is because we don't want to repeat the mistakes we've made in the past. I'll admit, as sick as I am of seeing every thread be about the new HC to be, I'd much rather have the team take its time and make the right choice.
