good ole fashion royal *** chewing by the head coach. this team needs a team meeting where the players meet and let the leaders if there is a leader. do some motivation in the locer room. This is where part of our problems lie. I gaurantee this much ,if i were the boss i deffinately would be having a meeting and it would a butt chewing meeting just like the ones we got whe i was working at a stone quarry after a mishap.

Nothing good came out of this game but the o-line has been getting better game after game and we do have 2 great RB's but we all know that.The defence does need to get younger and newer overall.I love JT and Zack and Sam but is time to really rebuild this defence with new guys.We need to be playing Roth and Manny and Vickerson and all the younger guys.You can't rebuild your defence by playing a bunch of guys in their 30's.

I think the only positives were that we ran the ball well and that Scott actually ran the ball more than he threw it up untill midway through the 4th and we had to throw because we were so far down. Other than that it was prety dismal. The D couldent get off the field on 3rd down and we need a qb. Badly. Did I mention we need beter play from the qb position? I would be realy depresed right now if I didnt know we have some cap room at the end of the season. I have this dream world where we get Carr in free agency as well a Regie Wayn. Carr then goes on to prove why he was a number one pick because he is playing behind our o line that thanks to HH is one of the best in the league. We than trade down in the draft and get more picks to address more of our needs. Please dont pinch me, I like this world.

What this team needs is new blood. As you can see, look at what the D does when they get down! There old. Get their butts out. Trade them, release them do whatever, just get them off this team. Same goes with players on the O side.
