TO find two big hosses of a dt to plug the lanes up . we really could use a guy like kevin williams and Jamall Williams or a guy like Tim Bowens,

I wished they would bring in a defensive tackle name of X.L.K. Xaivier Lawson Kennedy he had some knee problems but he really wants toplay in the nfl . if his knee has recovered then i would love to see the coaching staft or front office add some depth here.
 
XLK has had more than knee problems, he has a problem with being an underachiever and never lived up to the hype he went to OK State with.

Wasn't he in Jets' camp last year?
 
I'd like to see us pick up a Wilfork-class NT (or train a grizzly bear to man the spot) or maybe a high-motor ILB. There are numerous players (Peyton Manning, Larry Fitzgerald, etc.) that would transform the Dolphins, just they're already under contract to another team. I think we will have to grow our own solutions.
 
to hand the ball off to ronnie brown more then 15 times a game. he is great and yes i know they took it easy on him last year but when he was healthy they still didn't give it to him more the 15 times a game avg. with the speed of the d and accurate qb in penny run ronnie into the ground like 400 carries and win a super bowl.

This doesn't get mentioned enough. Ronnie gets stronger as the game goes on, as he gets warmed up and gets into a rhythm. He really should be getting 20+ touches a game. Other wise he'll still put up good numbers but he won't be able to give it his best.

It sounds like your home boy Xavier didn't do well at Jets camp. One account I read said he moved like a "glacier". maybe his knees were still bothering him.
 
Miami will be fine, you guys acting like you're trying to find out if your baby is ugly or not, it just football.
 
Touches a game doesn't mean a thing if it's not positive yardage, Pat white will help out alots, he will spread the defense so ronnie can run, they might need a different type of running back.

Huh?? What are you talking about?? All babies are unbelievably ugly and look like bald headed aliens. Football is way more important than babies....well except for the making em part. :d-day:

WELL I will agree with you Geforce but Irecently have learned that he was having torn knee that wasnt fixed so yea he has under achive but he has good character so I wont label him or Yatil Green as bust because they tried to do well . its guys like Ben Kelly , Manny Wright, Eddie Moore that are the real bust.

i dont think he is with the jets right now. but he would be good back up which we dont have much depth at dt.

yea well i can give up on my home boys but when i support a player I usually dont jump off the bandwagon.

I gotta admitt that the big 12 isnt a good defensive conference . Mike you maybe right his knees just may not recover.

I dont know about any of you guys but I hate Watching a guy who was highly recruited underacheive .

Qb Bobby Reid was even a bigger bust then XLK.

what we all need is good cold beer good looking women and a dolphins super bowl would be a much needed recipe for life.
