So if everyone takes the time allocated to them, What time are we targeted to draft? Thanks

My guess is 6:30 at #25 and for our two 2nd rounders 8:30 and 9:30

man I hate the late start...I better delay the beer start, or I'll be tanked and wanting to draft Jimbo Nobody from North Dakota southern state tech A&m with a 2nd rounder.

Well I am actually super glad about the start time because for the first time EVER I have to work this Saturday so I will be home just in time to catch us drafting

No way we start at 6:30. The draft starts at 4 and these *******es take every second of their time to pick. That's ten minutes for each of the first ten picks. 2 Hours to get to pick 12, 3 hours to get to 18. Probably 4 to get to 24 by that pattern. Trades and stuff will make that change but figure around 8/8:30 we'll be making our pick.

Same here!! I'll have just enough time to go home and get changed and pick up the kegs.

The first two rounds are expected to conclude at approximately 9:00 p.m. (ET). In 2007, the second and third rounds of the draft – in which there were 10 minutes and five minutes between picks, respectively - lasted a total of just less than five hours. In 2007, the rounds in which there were five minutes between selections (3-7), lasted an average of one hour and 45 minutes per round.

Draft starts at 4pm eastern (3pm central).

Draft time per pick in Rd 1 is 10 minutes, and Rd 2 is 7 minutes.
240 minutes before our pick assuming everyone takes 10 minutes. That's 4 hours at the absolute latest before miami could be on the clock... meaning 8pm E... Detroit is already in talks with their #1 pick much like we were last year with Long... so the first pick should be quick... either a pick or a trade, but quick either way. Typically the first few picks go faster, however trades always slow things down... so I would say it will probably all even out and be around 7:30 - 8pm E. Round 1 should conclude around 9:30 - 10 E at the latest.

At 7 mins per pick, Round 2 should take around 3.5 to 4 hours, and they WILL probably use all that time. With the 12th and 24th pick in Round 2... we should be picking around 11:30pm and 12:45am/1am E respectively.

Of course... with trades possibly happening at every pick (last year was a 1st round record) nobody knows when we'll pick at all, so the only way to be absolutely positive you see all the 'Phins picks is to do yourself a favor and watch the whole thing! Best sporting event of the year!

Last year, the 1st round took three hours and 30 minutes. Keep in mind that there were about 20 minutes missing from picks because New England forfeited their pick and Miami had already made their selection prior to the draft. We can reduce it by 10 minutes if the Lions lock up their 1st round pick tonight or tomorrow.

My best guess is that our pick will take place between 6:50PM and 7:00PM EST.
