What TWO Legendary Phins (other than Marino)

Do you feel could finally put this present team over the top and take us to the promise land this upcoming season? (and they'd be in their prime of course)

My two picks would have to be Dwight Stephenson and Paul Warfield. The 2 most dominant Phins at their respective positions I have ever seen.

I excluded Marino to make the AJ haters think. Besides leaving him in the mix would make this way too easy.
 
Richmond Webb and Daryl Gardener before the injuries.

That was my other pick. But Warfield was too hard to pass up with a career 20.1 YPC AVG. He was a BEAST.

Stephenson could very well be the best interior lineman to play the game. Or best OL for that matter. He would pancake his own man, hold him on the ground with one arm and block someone else with his other arm. He was a friggin ANIMAL.
 
Paul Warfield and Jake Scott. Both tough as nails and we're weak at both positions. Think Jake could keep up with today's receivers?
 
Richmond Webb and Bob Griese

or

A.J. Duhe and John Offerdahl
 
Over the top? I don't think, excluding Marino that any two past Fins could do that to the current roster. But If I had to pick two in their prime for the upcoming season, I'd go with Griese and Webb.

QB and LT, the two most important positions in football IMO, and two positions we sorely lack at.
 
stephenson no doubt... rich webb would be nice too.... how bout getting surtain back?

Stephenson and Warfield were THAT good.
