Our team has no heart. Whether you like Chad Henne or not, and whether or not he remains our QB next season, you have to give him credit for being one of the only players on our team to play with heart. He took the offseason to get better, and is play has improved. I also have to give Hartline,DT, Jimmy Wilson, and Bess credit for playing with heart. The rest are just a bunch of undisciplined millionaires who talk the talk but can't back it up.

This goes for Mike Nolan too whose had a crappy gameplan and been outcoached by the opposing OC 3 straight weeks.

I'll root for the team all year, and give credit where credit is do. But you can't defend much right now. The players I mentioned are guys who I watched play their hearts out. I love my team, but I hate watching people play spineless football
 
well 1st we could use a coach with a brain...
next a coach with some balls...
next a WR who catches the ball in the end zone...
 
Sparano was honest with us. He doesn't know what to do. He really doesn't. The guy is clueless.
 
Coaches are sub par and the team lacks playmakers on both sides. No pass rush and piss poor coverage. They are a long way from being competitive.
 
Heart and passion. This team is lifeless! It all starts with coaching. Clean effin house!!!!!!!!!!
 
I disagree a bit. I think they do have "heart" "machismo" or "ballz" if one wants to call it that. I just think some central figures are in way over their heads- some are just not predisposed for achieving greatness / success of championship caliber. Perhaps they have plateaued. No shame in that on a personal level for each person- perhaps they did achieve their personal best, and were dedicated in their job. The later is immeasurable, but the results are not adequate for certain.

The team just perhaps needs higher caliber individuals.
 
Time for a new coaching staff to come in and set a new standard for the team. Sparano has had enough time to make an impression and he failed
