This game pointed out our flaws more than ever. What we need is now extremely obvious.

1. SS *(edit: for some reason i think of R. HIll as a SS, maybe its cuz he sucks at coverage, but I meant FS)
2. CB
3. SLB
4. C
5. ILB
6. Big WR

I believe that is the order of importance as well. We need a SS who will make recievers afraid of going over the middle and who can help out in deep coverage (instead of being a liability). We need a corner who we can trust to do his job. You can't always have a champ bailey taking away half the feild, but someone who will challenge the WR would be nice.
We need a replacement for roth. Someone who can get pressure on the QB and also help out in coverage.

Then on offense, we need someone who can get push on the line. Satele and our RG are the main reason our running game sucks. We need to fix that.

Next, we need an ILB that won't over pursue and that will take away the cutback lanes.

Lastly (and many of you may argue that this should be higher up), WR. We need someone who can be a deep threat and an endzone weapon. Ginn has shown he can be a deep threat, but when he is double covered he dissapears. Regardless, our passing game has flourished and fixing the running game and defense is far more important.

I agree with one or two offensive players in the draft/UFA then use the rest of it on defense because if we get the defensive players to have an impact next year we are easily a playoff contender

yeah, mostly defense unless we are faced with an opportunity to draft a powerful run blocking center or a 6'4 WR with speed and hands.

Taylor Mays from USC or Rhodes Scholar Myron Rolle from FSU would be excellent choices for that SS position that we need. I do like YB but at 30 years old next year he is too old to rebuild with. FS will be a need to as well as a few corners... we could get a few good ones in FA and be set with Gamble and McFadden and both Allens and Goodman that would be significantly better than what we have. We also have to get a pass rushing threat opposite Porter. Also a run blocking center. A tough RT that wants to play and not get pushed around like a beeeyatch......and well more impact defensive players.

offensive line
defensive line
defensive backs
big play wide out
more linebackers who can play on specials

Your insane. Bell could start for damn near any team in the NFL. He leads the team in tackles, what game(s) are you watching?

Oh yeah he also has the record for most sacks by a dolphin's defensive back.

ok..how about a pocket collapsing...run stuffing disruptive force at NT?

Thats what i've been talking about. We lack WR depth as you saw with what happened to Greg. We need an old man who can put up some crazy numbers.

We also lack a "me first" attitude. Let's keep it that way.

That list would be dead on if instead of SS you had FS.

To that we should add NT, depth at OL.

So either we go free agency with the right choices or it will be anotehr season with holes taht can only be playoff worthy overachieving.....
