I don't want to give up on Eichenberg just yet.

He was a rookie who was moved around and asked to play several positions.

Given better coaching and more talent around him there is still time for him to develop into a solid player.

I am less confident about Austin Jackson but I have not given up on him either.

Kindley fell off the planet last season and does not look like a good fit in the new blocking scheme so he is probably a bust.
