Someone in another thread displayed an amazing stat regarding wins and losses in the past 4 years..

He had a huge effect on our wins and losses. Without him, the team goes into a tailspin for whatever reason..

Had he not gotten suspended for (imo, bogus) charge, do you think we have a winning record today?

DID YOU FORGET that ricky struggled behind poor blocking before he quit!!!
does he block on the o-line, play saftey, QB or offensive co-ordinator? WE WOULD BE 1-6 and he would quit again

We didnt have Ronnie Brown or any other running back of use those years though

He served a 4 game suspension last year and we were 2-2, and struggled a long time when he was back before turning it around.

We havent even ever made the playoffs with Ricky either.

So its hard for me to say there is any evidence that we are better with him
 
no matter what anyone says we win with ricky, he adds another threat into our offense and would certainly help our lease than impressive offense that we have now....in rickys seasons playing with the dolphins we have gone twice 9-7 and 10-6......rickys that X factor that we need, the threat of fresh legs with ronnie and ricky and their different styles throw deffenses off its just a fact

We have Ronnie without Ricky now, and we are 1-6. I like Ronnie, but Ricky is another beat altogether. He just has that "it" that can elevate a team to win. He is what is colloquially known as a "game-changer".. Ronnie, unfortunately, does not appear to be. But he is a very good all-around back and Im glad he is on the team... But Ricky can win a game by himself...

Even when our OL was crap in 2003, he willed the team to victory on occasion.

We might be 1 or 2 games better but I dont think it would be significant.

Ricky and Ronnie had the same ypc last year also so its not like Ricky is/was just superior to Ronnie.

When ricky came back last year we went 1-5 before going 6-0 so thats 7-5, while with just Ronnie we were 2-2

So its pretty even IMO

Im not saying Ricky cant make a difference, just that there are other problems
 
Ricky is the messiah to some people. What good is a running back if Mularkey is pass happy? He's a good player and would help but the running back has not been the problem. So i'd say 2-5.
 
I could garentee that we would have more wins
