What if Jalen Ramsey is still on the board when Jacksonville picks at #5?

As much as I hate the idea of trading up, that is the one player I would trade up to get. With the two QBs going first and SD rumored to be taking a tackle and Dallas enamored with ZEKE, Ramsey lasting until 5 isn't as far fetched as I once thought.

Absolutely love the kid and I think he's the most "can't miss" prospect in this draft.

I don't think Ramsey gets past Dallas, but if by chance he did not sure Jax would trade out either.

The cost to trade up from 13 to 5 would likely be greater than the difference in value between players selected at 5 and 13. Keep your picks. Maximize your chances of getting some players that will be positive contributors. Every round has picks that flame out, and every team misses on picks. If you trade up you're minimizing your chances of recovering from your misses. Good players at positions of need will fall to us.

That seems to be the philosophy the Browns' team of analytics is taking this year, which I do believe is smart. But I do know that every time I see game footage of Ramsey, he just jumps off the screen.

And how far does Bosa slip then? This is why I didn't want to trade up to 3 for. RB someone better would be there if we came all the way up to 3.

I'm not a draft expert, but I think Cleveland would be a logical landing spot for Bosa if Dallas doesn't take him.
