whats Oronde Gadsden's story?

Got injured, was a FA, wouldnt resigned. No teams were really interested in him, finally came back for a cheap price, and then was released again later.

He was the owner of the Miami Morays Arena league team for a while, and I'm pretty sure he owns a different one now.

I forget the injury that sidelined him in his last year... He just kind of disappeared after 2003... What hands he had! I remember that one handed catch against the Jets, how sweet that was!

He had a surgery that replaced his fingers with oversized novelty bananas. After making some highlight reel catches he got injured in 2003, never really came back.

Gadsden's toes were no good. He couldn't run anymore. Still had great hands, but wanted that last contract. The contract he never had. He was an arena league pickup on the cheap and only made a few hundred thousand his whole career. He tried to test the FA market and no one bit.

He retired.

he was one of my favorites

He really did the most with what he had. great hands, terrible speed. But I liked him. Tough for DB's to bring down too. Great Darth Vader mask!
I think it was turf toe. Bad toes as mentioned above for sure. Something about the big toe or turf toe, I think.

Yeah it was the foot, extreme turf toe of some sort. The guy was a catching machine (the guy had hands the size of a baseball glove) but he was slower than grandma-ma with a broken walker.

He had potential to be another O.J mcduffie, Sadly toe injuries Ruined him.
I liked this guy alot, he had alot of talent, and also made those awesome catches, thats what i loved about this guy. he had speed agility, endurance and Stamina, Sadly injuries Ruined his career, having him with more experience and chris chambers would of been a hell of a WR combination to have for our Team.
