I realize they are all important, but what the MOST important in order to get a win?
Turnovers and Penalty's is a given and thats why their not on the list.

I'm personalty going with rushing attack because it will keep Manning off the field.

I expect to run the ball down their throats all game, something we hardly attempted to do against Atlanta.. But the biggest key is no turnovers.

I gotta go with pass coverage. Not just Peyton but stopping Reggie Wayne. He's a beast. If we can stop Reggie than they have a very limited WR core with the absence of Anthony Gonzalez and I don't think we'll have trouble with Addai or Brown in the run game. Our offense will right the ship and we'll put enough points on the board to win as long as we don't get in to a shootout with Manning.

I was gonna put that but knew it would get ALL the votes, plus that is the key to winning every week no matter the opponent.

Your insight is astounding.:rimshot:

lol...the OP didn't ask for insight he asked what anybody felt was the MOST important to get a win....

I've waffled back and forth on this several times trust me....but I keep coming back to what I said originally...

All the options are important but none are necessarily the key to victory. We stopped the run against Atlanta which everyone felt was important and we got thumped. It is possible to lose all those battles and still end up with a win. Look what happened in NE. Buffalo clearly outplayed them. Look what happened to the Bengals, the Raiders.

You seem like one of those guys that just post comments basically belittling or questioning the point of threads. I always wonder why people like you even bother to come on a site like this? The whole point is to discuss different aspects of the team/players/game.

I agree you dont HAVE to win the stats game to win the ball game. But we do not have the fire power and explosiveness that NE has to recover as easily. If we win the stats game and TOP, odds are in our favor to win the game. I chose "rushing attack". If we can pound that football down their throats and control the clock, that will keep Manning off the field and our D fresh. We will win the game.
