What’s The Difference Between Gase And Mcvay?

McVay built his offense around what he has a for talent and skill.
Gase took his offense and tried to ram it down the throats of his existing talent and skill.
Yes. Goff and company looked like we look under Jeff F. Then a new coach comes in and they look great. Robert Woods was always just “ok” on Buff. He’s a world beater of sorts w LA. They did add pieces but a lot is on coaching. Jeff had Gurley and still they stunk on O.

So are the players not improving under gase like Harris, Parker, etc. Or is McVay bringing out the best in his players unlike Gase?
Who is the "etc."

Parker is often hurt, but I think he's a stud when he's on the field.

Harris is now hurt, but flashed (to me) this year before the calf injury.

Minkah is a great talent and seems to be improving game by game.

Tunsil becoming a stud.

Howard becoming a stud.

McCain becoming a very good slot corner.

Godchaux becoming very good.

Vincent Taylor becoming very good.

Undrafted (I think) Jesse Davis starting and holding his own.

Jakeem Grant massive improvement.

I could go on.

Shouldn’t we be scoring more points though? I guess we did put up 27 and 28 before everyone started getting hurt so it’s tough to say.

More reliable talent at nearly every position.
They always had D line talent but still couldn’t get much done under Fisher. I think it goes back to coaching being a big deficiency in Miami. New England so well coached that they can endure injuries at key positions without missing a beat. Miami has injuries and the backups come in and screw up immediately.
