whats up with briggs right now?

Honestly, it feels like hes avoiding signing with the niners so the niners dont get slapped with tampering.

But eventually he will be a niner. I think.
 
Our fron seven looks like Holliday, Ferguson and Wright on the line with Solia, Moses and Roth as backups, Taylor Gone Porter and Pace outide with torbor and Crowder in the middle. !st round we pickup Jake Long and pickup another guard. Or trade taylor for a guard.
 
He is a weak side lb on a 4-3.what will he do in a 3-4?.

yes, yes they are. ILB in the 3-4 takes on ton more blockers then all 4-3 LBs, much less WLB. They also need to fill gaps rather then flow to the ball and away from blockers.
 
Crowder isnt a MLB. He subbed for Zach Thomas and proved he isnt a replacement. If Crowder goes to MLB then its short-term until we get a bonafide MLB.

crowder has to go to ILB spot in the 3-4. he played it with Saban much of the time. he will be fine. hes not going to be great, but probably solid.

4-3 WLB flow to the ball

Do not block gaurds coming up field but go away from them.

weight bigger at 250lb brushi is one of the smallest you want someone in the 270 range to take on 300lb gaurds or else open a seat in IR .

will not be able to blitz as inside blitz is negated by being too light to push through a gaurd.so no effect blitzing.

Playing WLB he if he comes in OLB tackle is going to have a easy time with him.

which briggs can still do. if the lineman are doing their job then briggs will be protected just fine. he can shed blocks no problem. there is a reason why alot of teams running the 3-4 are looking at him, they obviously think he can play inside.

well by peter king saying he is a landing spot for us i think means we have interest in him. so three 3-4 teams think he can play in that defense. the rest of the 3-4 teams dont have the money to get him.
