What's up with [img] not working?

So for some reason I can't just paste a link in between

anymore. It just posts the link after I post it. The picture does not show up.

That's what I have been using Bill. But I tried using it earlier this morning and when I pasted a Photo Bucket url into it, the store locally box was missing, and it said it was an invalid url. So that is why I tried using
