This guy just doesn't get it. You can all sit here and tell me I'm overreacting, but I just don't see him panning out. Saban won't even say what's wrong with him (and that kind of ticks me off also). If he's hurt..... fine, but for some reason I just don't think it's an injury. What... I don't know. All I know is that he spends more time off the field than on, and it just doesn't seem like he fully understands the potetial and opportunity that is sitting on his f-ing gold platter. I'm not not a fan of his and I really don't care if you want to bash me for this, but this guy just doesn't get it and that annoys the living $#&@ out of me.:tantrum: :tantrum: :tantrum: :tantrum: :tantrum: :tantrum: :tantrum: :tantrum: :tantrum:

I dont understand, what are you trying to say.

Are you saying you are unhappy with Manny Wright or are you saying that you like Manny Wright. It is a little unclear to me.
 
Hes fat. Thats what i boils down to. Out of shape players have a tendency to get injured. He ate to much of his moms cooking.
 
so because saban wont give out information as to why hes missing camp or what his injury is, its his fault?

hes not the only player banged up and missing practices you know

huh? he reported to camp in fine shape, the mini camps he came in overweight, but he was one of the i think they said 3 players, who stuck around between mini camps and training camps working out everyday to get into shape... and he reported in good shape...

Ummm.... Okay..... I hate this mother$&*$#@%
It makes me feel as if I ate till I was 300 pounds,
than I could be in his shoes.
 
Although i'm not AS angry at Manny as Stank is, i can understand the frustration.
The guy has all the potential in the world and you can just tell that he will be a bust. He just doesn't have the drive. Some people have it, some people don't. Bottom line, If you come in to camp 30 lbs overweight knowing that you could potentially be the starter, then you aren't cut out for this league.

Just doesn't get it? Maybe you missed the reports that said he was getting it. He was staying after practice to try to improve.
The last thing I heard about him, which was last week, was that he was ill not hurt. Could it be possible that the South Florida sun got to him?
 
What did we get him for?.. If we paid more than a 5th.. i dont really care.... If he pans out great... But after last year... i wouldn't be surprised if he was cut.
 
he's a fat lazy lard bag thats his problem and i totally agree with you i hate his attitude and hope that he gets released if he doesnt sharpen up quick smart so we dont have to deal with his out of shape poor work ethic anymore
 
he has been working his *** off since he got to camp and has lost 20 pounds, yeah its his fault but he is working hard to fix it

He's hurt again (but we don't know yet. All we know is that he's out again for something Saban won't tell us) He probably has fat exhaustion.


The sad part is that I REALLY hope this kid pans out. I just don't see it.
 
Last I heard he had an illness. Unless he purposely took a dunk in an amoeba infested swimming hole, it's not his fault.
