Dolphins list Philip Wheeler out for Sunday

Billy Turner is doubtful.Koa Misi and Chris McCain and Walt Aikens probable. Besides Wheeler, Fede and Tripp and of course Pouncey also out

Dolphins starting strongside linebacker Philip Wheeler has been ruled out of Sunday’s game against New England with a right thumb injury.

Wheeler practiced some of the week but had his thumb wrapped in a cast.

Second-year linebacker Jelani Jenkins is the most likely player to replace Wheeler in the starting lineup. Undrafted rookie Chris McCain should also see time in Wheeler’s spot.

This wouldn't be a big loss if we had anything of competence behind Wheeler. As it is we are losing one very bad starter who still does one thing well (blitzing) while putting in guys who really don't do much well at all.

I think we'll see a combination of him , Trusnik and McCain depending on the situation.
Cann't be any worst than Wheeler although Brady will be targeting them no doubt.
