When I watched us essentially milk the clock down 2 scores at the end of the game, I realized that Philbin is in over his head. We get a clock penalty when we are supposed to be making up 2 scores? Who does this?

Add that to the previous weeks of "We will have the players ready." and "We are going to fix this." and it's pretty clear to me, fwiw, that this guy buckled today.

Ross hired people to beat Belichik and Brady, not cower to them and roll over. This is why Harbaugh was wnated by Ross.

I also don't like our coach clapping when a call goes the Patriots way.

He lost me last week when he didn't bench Clabo. John Harbaugh booted cam cameron right before the playoffs and Jim Harbaugh made a change at QB when Alex Smith had them on cruise control. You can't be afraid to make changes when you're captain of the ship. No urgency on and off the field.

You forgot about having two weeks off during the bye week having only 1 practice
but a lot of video work and this wonderful prep leading us to an amazing showing against Buffalo at home.

No one was prepared from the Coaches to the Players

the dolphins coaching staff has been out coached and over matched in the last four consecutive games. The second half adjustments and game plans have been horrible, they have been abondoning the run when it is going well, time management has been horrible. I thought philben was the anwser but his demenor after losses is also getting to me. Some one needs to light a fire under his ass! I don't care how much of a fine I pay but if I am the coach today I go off on the horrible officiating that took place. The only thing that kills me is the last thing this franchise needs is an overhaul again.....i am tired of rebuilding. But man this season is now seriously headed down the drain and I can't help be see change on the horizon again!

I think Philbin is a good man, and I hate the way this is playing out. I wish he could get it turned around, but I am beginning to wonder about his coaching ability.
