This Clemson game was just one of a handful of games where I thought to myself that Gurley could be a beast in the NFL.

If he hadn't of torn the ACL last year we wouldn't even be dreaming/considering him at 14.

Here are some other tasty bits:

When I think about that first game in 2014 against NE and how RUNNING the ball with a healthy Moreno helped us win it in the second half... well... enough said.

Peyton Manning's championship game in Tennessee
Vince Young's Rose Bowl game (Guess I was wrong there, although he did play for a few years)
Most any of Frank Gore's and Willis Magahee (sp?) games at Miami. They always looked great.
These are the ones that come to mind right away this morning.

Frank Gore was the name that came to mind for me. Sean Taylor too.

And the U sure was turning out TE's as well. Shockey, Winslow, you just knew they were going to be great.

Just 1 look at Adrain Peterson and you knew it

I'm dating myself here (80's kid), but I've always remembered Melvin Bratton's great performance in the Orange Bowl game for the National Championship where he sadly blew his knee out. (Really nice touchdown catch around the 8:00 minute mark.)

Who knows what might have been. Who knows.

(Michael Irvin is another player who lit it up in this game and in so many others for the Canes.)
