here in Miami the EXCITEMENT is about the return of the HEAT and the hangover of their run! When!!?? When are the DOLPHINS going to do it!! just feeling sorry for myself here but when the hell are the football fans in this city going to get to go on that magical ride again?? Marlins, Heat, when is it the Dolphins turn, DAMN!!!!!!

I have been waiting 24 years and counting. So, if I had a guess I say maybe 3-10 years. The way we are looking right now.:fire:
 
i think the same thing everyday TIP. but you know what is scary, there is no guarentee whatsoever we will win a championship now or in the future.

Patience is key, we will get it. It will take time, just hope not too much more time.
 
we will get their, it sucks, sometimes you have to fail alot in order to become successful again, daunte will get fully healed he is our qb for a long time, we got chambers and ronnie for a long time, our secondary is getting younger, our olb are getting younger

the truth that sucks though is that JT and ZT may not be here for that magical ride

And if we don't end up in a SB before JT and ZT retires or leaves this team it would be a total shame. Already we have the woeful fact that Dan never got a ring.

Yep and those guys deserve it too, I mean they had to endure the JJ and WANNY era. I hope after this season, Saban and Mueller pull out all the stops and bring playmakers in here.Not just 1 or 2 either.
 
Posts like this always get me riled up,feeling sorry for jason and zach,,,okay,, what about dan marino, who the heck was our gm during thay 19 year span, how could they not put talent around that man,, for his whole tenure he played with a pathetic defense and an even worse running game alahh mark higgs,irving spikes,bernie parmalee, and counless other no names.

No don't be sorry at all. I too still get ticked that Dan never got a ring. Its a lack of a defense that was the main culprit.

The running game from the days of the early 80's onward was an achilles heel. Absolutely an embarassment for the organization that it took two decades to achieve a 1,000 yard rusher after Delvin Williams did it in '78 and then Abdul Jabaar achieved 1,000 in late 90's. As far as the no names at RB I agree that Higgs was awful and Spikes was only a third down back option. But, Parmalee had his moments and Kirby was excellent catching the ball out of the backfield. He just was not a good between the tackles runner. And he was never the same after his injury.

Scary, I was thinking the EXACT same thing! I think they will wind up like Marino unfortunately....hope I'm wrong
 
u wont be dead if it takes 86 years? will sports still be around?! will george bush still be in office?!
