Im thinking a player like Gibson or Matthews at WR may be able to be moved for a 5th or 6th round pick. Matthrews more than likely to a team like SF. WR depth isnt all that great in the league right now. That might be about it. Sims seems to be a player that wont make it at TE, but I cant see getting anything for him. Maybe Nate Garner for a 7th? That sounds crazy to get something for him, but I can see him drawing some interest. Matt Moore could maybe get a 5th or 6th if he plays really well this preseason.

Why now? It's early, we haven't seen who will get hurt in training camp/preseason and just about anyone we could get trade value for might be worth a lot more to us on the roster than we would get for them now.

you wont get anything for the likes of Matthews or Garner.

Gibson was our best wr last year... why would you trade him?

Gibson might make sense if Landry continues to impress during training camp. I think Matthews could also push Gibson. Rather than draft picks, though, it could come down to players. Might make sense to get another tight end or a linebacker.

Gibson was the first name that came to me. I really hate saying it but if Dion Jordan comes on Cam could be an option.

Why? Targeting someone already in the draft in the late rounds? Seems like a silly thought at the moment. Maybe in March we could discuss this

I havent been on FH in months bc of work, but good to see not much has changed. People still want to trade known commodities for hopes

Nowhere except possibly Matt Moore. Ideally, we should have traded Starks last year and kept Soliai this year.

Matt Moore for a 5th

I would trade Moore just to end the nonsense that seems to always pop up about him being the better starting QB. I would give anything to have that go away once and for all because I can assure you if Tannehill sucks ass this season and shows a regress, Matt Moore isn't your long term solution and saying that he is, is just wanting to stay mediocre.

Could we snag a #1 for Danial Thomas? I'd bet Seattle would rather have DT than Lynch? With all do respect to the O.P. this team doesn't have any pieces that could garner picks. We need to keep Matt Moore with the o-line questions we are facing. I just hope they can keep Tannehill from getting hammered again but we need insurance in that area. Let's focus on having a lot of things come together and having a great winning season where we have a chance to compete in the playoffs.

I'd hate to do it, but Wake would be the biggest asset to trade. The time might be right, but then you are telling your team that you don't expect to contend this year. If we started out badly and fell out of the playoff hunt early I would consider it, even though he is my favorite player. Of course if we are going to turn a 2nd rounder into Pat White again I'd rather just enjoy watching Wake chase brady's pansy ass around the field for another year.

I've mentioned this to a friend before. I do not want to see Cam go, but he is 32 and if you can get something decent for him and Jordan comes into his own I wouldn't be opposed to it.
