Just where do you see Miller among today's top RB .
Is he top 10 is he top 5?

Miller was 13th on the list of rushing yards. Seems apt enough, possibly a bit high.

10-15....he definitely has got better and didn't drop as many easy passes last year.

Is that really the logic being used for a RB on a team that ranked last in rushing attempts . . .total rushing yardage? :err:

Why?
The only reason he is so low in rushing yards is the lack of carries.
If he gets close in carries like the top 5 or 10 he breaks easily into the top 10 probably top 5. The year prior to that his average was even higher (5.1) than last year (4.5).
He is definitely a top 10 RB. I doubt we will ever find out while he is ina Dolphins uniform.

Top 10 for sure. Lacks carries and still makes things happen. Elusive speed that can't be taught adds value. Oh yeah, and how about that first half against the Texans. Imagine if he played the whole game...

Mid teens...for sure

What? Lol name 10 better backs....just because we dont give him the ball doesnt make him not top 10. Theres only like three rb's that have a better ypc and one of those back (mcfadden) was behind the best line in the league and averaged 4.6 to millers 4.5

If Miller goes to Dallas he is going to be the best statistical back in the league behind that line.

Running backs are hard to rate now a days because of how the game has evolved. It's a position that has the shortest life span and it's a position were you don't need a super star as long as your line is competent.

Hope he stays in Miami but I wouldn't over pay for any running back in this league.

I think u could make a case for back end top 10.
I do think its hard to tell since we dont use him as much.

He breaks some nice runs but can't seem to convert the 3rd and shorts. I really don't see him as anything special. Middle of the pack the RB imo. I'd prefer him not starting tbh. We need a bruiser and maybe Miller can be a change of pace type back.

Lamar Miller career rushing yards per attempt: 4.6

All-time RB's with 4.6 career rushing yards per attempt:
- Terrell Davis
- Priest Holmes
- Fred Taylor
- DeMarco Murray
- LeSean MCCoy

Some of you guys are trying too hard to discredit a really damn good RB. Miller is easily Top 10.
