Where does Marino fit now?

I am cloudy as to what exactly Dan Marino does in this "new" structure. Any thoughts?

Not exactly sure what he did in the "old" structure? Just keep mentoring Tanny, and we're all good :up:

Nothing changes - he observes, he shakes hands, he discreetly gives Ryan a few tips, he leads a Dolphin weekend trip to the Bahamas, he plays golf with wealthy fans and when asked, he gives Mr Ross his honest feedback.

Maybe the plan is for Marino to learn while Tannenbaum runs things for a bit then he will take over if Ross feels he is qualified ? Right now he is there for marketing purposes and helping to develop Tannehill I would say.

As I wonder how some keep saying they have a clue what he's done. Would you mind filling us in as to how you know ANYTHING about what Marino does for the team, beyond what was announced when hired and what Tannehill has cared to share?
