Anyone know where Pennington lives? (and I don't mean his address)

I know that he has a foundation he started while he was up in NY. I think as a community South Florida is very welcoming to its athletes specially those that that have a strong sense of civic duty.

I was wondering if he's still a NY guy or if he's moving his family down here and making S. Florida his new home? He could do a lot of good down here and I know we would treat him like one of our own in every way.

There was an article a few weeks back (in the Herald I think) that talked about him moving to So. Fla.

he resides in Sarasota.

Really?! Where did you hear this? I go to school in Sarasota, I would totally flip if I ran in to Penny at a store or something, thats too cool. Nobody good lives in Sarasota!

I live in Knoxville, TN, where he is from...I know he owns a marina up here on Norris Lake and his parents live up here. He usually comes up here during the offseason

Wait Sarasota, Florida? really?

Knoxville to Huntington to NY to Sarasota?

I mean, if true--great! I love him living in Florida closer to Miami.. but Sarasota is such an odd place to choose.

The last few years, I know he has spent time there during the offseason. I know he has a place there too.

He moved his Mom down, so I think this is his primary residence now.

Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington and his wife have bought an 8,260-square-foot home in Southwest Ranches for $3.3 million, or $400 per square foot. The property is on a dry 2.28-acre site at 16725 Berkshire Ct. in the Landmark Ranch Estates subdivision. It is gated and fenced with electronic access. The home was built in 2006 and includes six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a four-car garage, expansive ceilings, an elevated foyer, living room with floor to ceiling fireplace, two kitchens and columns and arches throughout.
