I'll take "what the **** could I care less about?" for 300 Alex
He's with Jane Goodall playing with gorillas
Ian and Jeff are usually dead on. The team cannot make it official until after the Patriots are eliminated.....but you already knew that. Don't forget to pretend to be outraged once the deal is done.
He's in a bar crying into his beer telling anyone who would listen how he is being unfairly blamed for the horrible defense this season.
Sadly, that could be a while
He still has a contract I suspect. The new coach will come in and decide what he wants to do, which usually includes sweeping away the old coaching staff and starting with his own. But, sometimes they like to retain one coach who can tell them the inside scoop about each player in the locker room, kinda like how Darren Rizzi was retained by the last few regimes. So, once a coach is in place he will systematically go through the process of recruiting his coaches. Either he tells the old coaches on the spot, you're services are not needed any longer and good luck, or he looks to fill his coaching spots and keeps the old coaches employed until he fills their job, then he lets them go one at a time keeping them around as a last resort backup.
Look at the Bengals. Zac Taylor was just appointed Head Coach, and just now all of those assistants were given pink slips … now, after the Head Coach is in place, not when the old coach was fired. BTW, Marvin Lewis did a good job in a tough situation out in Cincinnati. Ultimately, that decision had to be made because he couldn't progress, but Lewis took a team that didn't even spend up to the cap some years, in a small market and had pretty good success in a division with two cutthroat competitors in the Steelers and Ravens. Good job over all.
Wasburn was fired by Caldwell , so their is that. I hope they hold onto to Eric Studsville.
But with the Lions' offensive line in disarray during this year's 1-6 start, Caldwell made Washburn and assistant line coach Terry Heffernan scapegoats as part of the organization's coaching shakeup Monday.https://www.freep.com/story/sports/...remiah-washburn-fired-detroit-lions/74672166/
Sound familiar- bad OL their with him also
Getting rid of Burke will be one giant monkey off the franchise’s back.
So in February? Serious note, if the patriots advance all the way, would Miami really lose ground on combine and senior bowl preparations to wait on Flores?
Doubt it. Dan Quinn was hired late etc. I prefer KC to win today though and stop NE at home more because not sure I want to hear about another pats super bowl for 2 weeks.
I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
Saw him this morning at the free breakfast buffet.
They havent automated bagging groceries yet, hell be fine.
I believe they finished the season 8-1 after they were fired. That OL was worse than the Dolphins. Hard to imagine.
I think I may have seen him on a street corner:
Does his shirt say “Wide 9”?
