We need this guy here bad now..Better than Edwards, Howard, and Richards, and Roundtree. I believe he will provide the veteran presence we are lacking right now and help develop the rookies.
Before Surtain, he was very solid with Madison...He can help us this year awaiting Poole and Mitchell.
 
I don't think at this age he would be an upgrade in the speed department. That's what we are really lacking right now in the secondary.
 
i guess no ones calling his agent because no one wants him.

Buckley was very fast and I doubt at his age he has lost alot. He is not that old and does not really have a lot of wear and tear. I like his play and think he is a play maker. I don't understand why teams have left him out. He takes chances but he also makes plays. There is no way in the world he is worse than Howard and he would cost alot less.
 
two thoughts here, one , why not bring back brock marion. second it would not be a bad idea to trade ricky williams , booker and feely to dallas for roy williams , and a olineman.

A very Madden-esque trade. No way that would ever happen.
 
Other then the play that he got burnt on for the touchdown, I liked Richard last night. I think he has a good shot of being the 4th CB and will edge out Edwards(who might be cut).
 
it was one game u gotta give this secondary some more time. But yes they did play poorly i wish Bates was still here
 
i also came away impressed with richards who only been with the team for about a week. howard was a huge dissappointment. edwards, well when i think of him i think of thanksgiving day, chambers knows what im talking about.
 
I'm sure the refs would like to see Buckley back in Miami... they'd get a lot more face-time on TV... just like old times.

Buckley's favorite pasttime when he wasn't getting flagged for PI, was getting burned.

He is not the answer, believe me. This grass-is-always-greener mentality is unnecessary. Especially after the FIRST of FIVE preseason games.
