For me, our team this year is my favorite since the Marino years. They have overcome so much to give all Phans something to be excited about not only this year but in years to come.

Having a legit QB is the main reason but, not the only one. We have players stepping up from all over the roster, as well as guys from practice squads. It's been one hell of a ride so far, and looks to get better.

Where does this team stand with you?

2nd. Right behind the 2008 team. But if we make the playoffs, they move up to 1st.

Not even ****ing close....I spent years watching teams with Griese and Marino...WITH REALLY GREAT TEAMS...this is just a squad backing its way into the playoffs...

2nd favorite since the Marino years. 08 was great, but we all knew that Pennington was a short term solution. I think there's longevity here with Tanny/Wallace/Hartline etc.

Winning out and being in is "backing into the playoffs"....interesting...

marino was already established when i was old enough to pay attention watching this ride for the qb and his development into what he's gonna be is the most fun i've had...by far...

My favorite since the zach thomas, JT, madison, surtain , brock marion , run ricky run days.

I loved that team, but they broke my heart worse than any other in all my years of being a Fins fan. We had like 8 pro bowlers on that team, the leading sack guy and the NFL leading rusher...and missed the playoffs. Ten years later I still can't figure that one out.

1. 2008 Pennington Team
2/5. 2000-03 Ricky/Wanny teams
6. 2007 Camarillo Team
7. This team

I like this team because they didn't allow the Incognito-Martin Fiasco to ruin things for them. McKinney and Clabo could have crapped the bed, along with the rest of the line, especially when Pouncey was out, but they have done a nice job. Guys are coming together. Michael Thomas got a huge pick against Brady. Guys are stepping up, so I am not sure where I would rank them just yet, but if we get to the playoffs, I would put them up there close to the team that went to the SB with Woodley, versus the Skins, but not in my top five.

"Backing its way into the playoffs...." Seriously? Kinda like that '72 team backed its way into the Superbowl.

This is #1. No contest. I've only been following the team since '08, 19 years old and didn't care to watch when I was much younger. These guys give a MUCH better vibe of what's going to be.

I grew up watching the end of the Marino years, so to me it has to be 2008 when Pennington beat the jets to win the afc east. That made me so emotional, fist pumping screaming, with tears in my eyes. The year Ricky ran for a million yards was good too, but if we get into the playoffs and win a game, this year will def be #1 for me
