Don't post many threads, mainly just read. Not gonna lie and say that coming into this season i had high hopes, I questioned some moves the FO made this offseason. I firmly believed they needed to add legitimate competition at QB and not just hand it to Tannehill. I was concerned with the depth at DT and on the Offensive line, it's actually worse than I thought. The last little bit of hope I had in Tannehill is officially gone. The guy just doesnt have it, I believe at times he can be productive, but it's with decent protection and good time to throw. When things get tough he is no where to be found. I believe this team has a chance to be really, really good. But we have got to address some key issues this off-season. Draft a QB, fix the lines and get a true number 1 WR and this team could be like the LA Rams. Just my thoughts

It's going to be a long season of mediocrity. We'll scrape by a few wins maybe a surprise win here and there to delude a few people into thinking we're good (like the earlier wins this season but we all saw some uninspiring offense in all 3 games despite the wins) but not enough to get to the playoffs. Our only hope is that Ross somehow hits the lottery with the coaching staff/gm but that's a long shot. I generally think the reason why we've had a mediocre culture for a near 2 decades now is because our owners know **** all about football and just let their YES men influence them on how the team is running. Ross doesn't know what a good coach, QB, and drafting looks like. He lets others do his thinking for him. We could draft a kicker in the first round and he could be convince by his constituents it was a good pick. I'll tell you right now we won't "put away" a game this season. AKA blow them out or win convincingly. All games we win will be decided in the last 8 or so minutes of the 4th quarter.

Not bashing on you, but why does the new QB get that? Why does Tannehill have to make it happen with a shitty line AGAIN and not having a true number 1 EVER? Yes, he needs to play better. He does seem to have regressed for whatever reason.

No, we keep and start Tannehill again next season. I don't believe theres a QB prospect coming out this year capable or starting game 1. My point was they failed to let him be pushed by another starting caliber QB. Draft a QB, start Tannehill and when things go south , make the switch. Drafting a future starting QB will by Gase at least another year or two if we struggle.

Gase will under no circumstances go away from Ryan Tannehill. So for those of you that want Ryan gone you're gonna also have to want Gase gone, and if that's you're stance then well, ok...

I would go ahead and fire Gase/All FO and try to trade Tanny for some picks if possible. Suck for a top 10 pick, throw money at Harbaugh. I wouldn’t judge Harbaugh’s college performance too much. College is all about Bama and if you aren’t Bama you are a cupcake. I hate Bama and OSU!

Honestly my optimism is wavering quickly. We better HOPE Tunsil is out of protocol by next week, DVP makes a HUGE difference to how teams approach us with coverage (lol), Tannehill plays a lot smarter and Gase figures out the early game riddle. We also better HOPE Wake and McCain return ASAP and sadly (I’ve used that a lot today) Branch the JAG reruns because he’s probably better than Harris. Maybe Brendal gives us a boost at Center too. I think we miss Derby also, we need personnel help, hopefully getting some guys back will help.

Is just pointless. We haven't won in 45 and it doesn't look like we're gonna win again anytime soon

Down to the lake I fear, ah ya ya ya, ya ya ya ya ya....

Honestly, we still have a winning record, season isn't over yet. Our D today was excellent against a very good O. That's the positive. The negative is the O is horrendous, our talent is in positions (RB and WR) that are totally reliant on the weakest areas of our roster, QB and Oline. Our D will keep us in games and our STs are also pretty damn good, but until the O can get everything to click in place we will never get to where we want to be.
