Much has been made about Jordan's ability to drop into zone coverage, cover tight ends in man coverage, and rush the passer. With Olivier Vernon holding down the DE spot opposite Wake, is Jordan's future at one of the outside LB spots? I could see him taking some snaps away from Wheeler, and eventually taking his job.

Jordan ellerbe misi. Those should be the lb'ers with a replacement for ellerbe in the near future.

For the time being yes.

But long term, Jordan needs to develop into a 4-3 DE, although I still feel he is better suited for the 3-4 OLB position.

I keep thinking that they are limiting his playing time because of his shoulder not because of ANYTHING else.

If our caoches were coaching Wheelers play would have already taken away his snaps.

have DJ at Jack - seam/slot coverage TE/RB... and we should bring Michael Clay back to play Sam; smallish but bulldog, super fast sideline to sideline warrior (with DJ at Oregon)

On the field hopefully....

I still think he's better suited as a 3-4 OLB and would like to see him work at OLB in the defense as he really can't be worse then Wheeler...

I heard Jordan was a good tight end in high school...and we have never have any quality TE's in Miami....just saying. :err:

I think they should have Jordan spy Cam on 3rd down this week. If Rivers can get out of the pocket, Cam will kill the defense unless there is a plan. Jordan is athletic enough for this important job.

Id like to see Jordan line up behind Wake. Imagine those two rushing the passer from the same side.

My only draw back to that is both ONLY utilize an outside swim move or outside speed rush.

I have yet to see Wake develop an inside move.
