In the locker room at halftime did Ronnie Brown call Linehan some sort of a douche bag or did he tell him I just dont feel like it today or something along those lines because I cant think of 1 good reason to stop giving this guy the ball. Every game it seem he has stats like 14 carries 64 yards, having a great yards per carry. Its like for some reason we become the Rams and start throwing every down. This time we actually had a lead for once we still get crazy with the pass. Leading up to every Sunday all you hear on any NFL anaylist show is that "Well you know what your gonna get with Miami and thats a alot pounding the ball with that 2 headed monster" and then when Sunday comes Gus throws like at least 35 times. It just seems that we like to create problems for ourselves with passing all day instead of just pounding it.
 
well spliting time with Ricky certanley hurts his stats, but i see what ur saying. Why abandon what could be our best offensive weapon.
 
It seems like since Ricky came back, Ronnie is his backup

Linnehan needs to make Ronnie the featured back. I can only assume the Dolphins are trying to get Ricky some plays hoping that he will look good enough to command at least a 3rd round draft pick in a trade.

Dude i still don't understand why we didn't try and run the freakin ball with 1:15 left on the clock inside the 10 yrd line with 2FREAKIN timeouts....we run the same damn fade pass to two different WR directly in the direction of the glaring sun and then 2 more passing plays WTF WHY!!!!!!!!
 
I think thinking Linehan running Ricky more to maybe trade him next year is a bit of a stretch, but I still cant come up a with a reason not to give Brown the ball more.
 
R&R needs to be finished. make ronnie. the defintie starter and we are a much better team offensivley.

Yo dude chill out man, Chambers is just potential its not that people have turned on him because of this game people have turned on him because he consistantly drops passes and not just little passes on first down but sure catches on 3rd down passes that hit him right in the hands, in the chest, 50 yrds down feild that will change the entire game and give the MO to miami. The dude just can't live up to the Hype. Don't get me wron i hope he goes ape s**t the rest of the season and proves me wrong, but i just don't see it happening. The guy needs to be a #2 maybe even a #3 wide out and maybe then he can be extremely effective but until then he's just going to disappoint all the fans...and like one other person here posted 2tds in a loss don't make up for the 4-5 important drops he had throughout the game.

Really!!

It seemed to me that we looked like the damn "Schottenheimer" Chargers who is too conservative to run the ball inside the 10 Yard line. 2 Time outs and over a minute to work with, why not run? Bootleg?
