Where were these guys against the Titans or the Patriots? or the Bengals? Why do they start playing well after digging a 1-4 hole??!! We need to play this way consistently if you expect to have success in the NFL. We'll see what team shows up vs. Buffalo.

It's said that it takes a few games to adjust and learn a totally new system. Hopefully this is the first step to the team playing this way on a more consistent basis.

Because they haven't played this physical upfront in a long time. They finally dominated the LOS in a game for once. The only time they looked soft upfront was in the red zone, but I think it's because they were forcing runs up the middle and should have used more PA and read options.

Tannenbaum's Fab 5 finally came to light

I think Gase took a long time to figure out what he had personnel wise, and equally as long to get their attention.

This was the same team that played the Seahawks and patriots. We were two plays away from winning those games

Many legendary coaches have started off weak.

I am NOT saying that Gase is legendary or will be -

Instead I am indicating the reality of being an NFL coach - even if you end up a Hall of Famer.

Gibbs - 0 and 5 before turning it around

Parcels was 3- 12 -1 with the Giants in 1983

Bill Walsh 2-14.

Just sayin'

So if Gase turns it around now it would be a VERY FAST turn around.

We saw glimpses of this team earlier this season - week 1 defense played stout until the last drive against Seattle

Week 2 we injured that schmuck Garrapolo and wiped the smile off of his face and came within a play of tying that game with the momentum and going into overtime.

We crumbled the next 3 weeks even though we beat a Browns team (we got lucky)...

We crushed the Steelers - a tough defensive team and offensive machine - we smashed em in the mouth.

The Bills have been beating us bad for years now so next week is a tremendous test!

Albert and Tunsil.

Anymore questions?

My bad, probably Pouncey, too, but maybe not.

We need to use this game as a springboard and momentum. Would love nothing more then to beat the stinkin Bills and that smug Rex Ryan next week.
