I agree, but I really don't think his tackle number in this game has anything to do with it.

Tackles aren't the only thing. Did he put pressure on the QB? Did he help change some plays by getting into the backfield or breaking blockers or something? Other things need to be looked at. Having said that though, Seau, Thomas, Spragan, Crowder, Pope and maybe even Ayanbadejo and Jenkins are ahead of him. Given his injury history and the awesome play of Spragan, Crowder, Thomas and Seau, there might not be a place for him.
