I was listening to a radio show earlier today and they were talking about the drive Jason Taylor and Zach had to succeed and play at a high level. They were consumed with football.

I was trying to think of the guys currently on the team that fit that bill, unfortunately I couldn't think of many.

Cam Wake came to mind. I know Reggie Bush was like that.

It seems like OV might have a bit of that in him.

I'm not quite sure on Tannehill. Ya, he puts in the work, but does he go above and beyond?

Who are the current Dolphins who work harder than most to achieve success?

Are there any FA out there that fit that bill?

I enjoy watching Wake and Grimes on-field reactions during games.

It really does look likey they both LOVE the game. Grimes has more of a child-like approach to the game and seems like he has a blast. Wake on the other hand looks like the serious General at the helm trying to destroy and conquer.

Good point on Grimes. Slipped my mind, but he does seem to always be training and preparing

Word on the street is Pouncey keeps all the fire in a secret compartment in the back of his attic.

I'd say Tannehill. Its safe to assume there has been some internal discussions about him taking a more vocal role, showing more confidence and leadership.. Taking control of the offense. He has all the wit and tools to do so. I can see him generating a little swagger this year behind a drastically improved line.

Wake and Grimes are the only two I can say that about. on the flip side, Rashad Jones doesn't seem to give a **** now that he signed his contract.

Hartline, Tannehill, Clay, Matthews Incognito, Wake, Odrick, Grimes, Ellerby... Not saying they`re all great but they seem to have that fire...

Hartline is usually the only one that is waving his hands and making noise, that I seen on the squad. He works very hard on every play, blocking etc, unlike our other receiver.......

Although he isn't all that good I have to say Will Davis looked like he was out there being competitive and flying around.. even if he wasn't always in the right places lol.

The way Gibson dived for the one TD I would have him on the list.

I have to agree with OV. Maybe Tannehill, Grimes or Hartline, but its hard to tell. JT and ZT were on this team for a long time, so we had a chance to get to know their personalities a little. We havent had much longevity on our roster, but I suspect we will find out about some of our core players soon enough.

Wake plays with a chip on his shoulder. ... he will always have the drive.
