Dallas Thomas starting? There is no way you can march that guy out there. If Mathis doesn't find his way to Miami, I think we all know the Dolphins will be using their first pick on OL.
 
Don't buy what a guy says 1 month before the draft .

I highly .....highly doubt Dallas Thomas will be starting unless someone gets hurt

If you seriously think that they have picked out their starting guard BEFORE the draft

BEFORE Training camp and

BEFORE Preseason...

I guess they are fooling you. :err:

Of course it's BS, there's no way they'd be stupid enough to go into the season with Turner and Thomas as starters and only Asper to back them up. Otherwise if I were Tanny, I'd be taking a really big insurance policy out on myself!

At this point in time Dallas Thomas is "penciled in" as the starting guard.
The waiver wire is the eraser.
 
I've been vocal about my desire to sign a FA guard, and I think it'd be a mistake to not at least do some due diligence on Wisniewski. Dallas Thomas is garbage and Turner is wholly unproven.
With that being said, we shouldn't spend a first round pick on a guard under any circumstances this year. The pick should be Parker, Waynes, Gurley, Shelton or a pass rusher... Also wouldn't hate Jaelen Strong.
