Who do u guys Want?

Playmakers....but in particular i would say in FA we should get some reliable but proven veterans that can contribute for the next couple of years. In the draft i hope we get either Chris Long, Jake Long or Vernon Gholston. Were going to be talking about this for the next couple of months over and over again but i'm glad this season went the way it did because maybe now we actually are going to go in the right direction.
 
Free Agents:

2. Drayton Florence/ Marcus Trufant

Draft:
1. Chris Long
2. Fred Davis
3. Ali HighSmith
 
Asante Samuel
from the 18 and doh! Patriots
 
FA - Faneca, Adams, Briggs, or Hackett

draft - Ill wait until after the combine and Free agency. No RB(at all) and NO QB on the 1st day
 
Isnt it obvious who people want by reading the other threads?

They all want clowns like Chad Johnson or a bunch of guys who will cost way too much that we dont really need.

And before somebody says well who do I want....

Draft- Im not really sure at this point. I havent examined the talent too much. I watch college football but Im not a scout and Im not sure who the top players are beyond the round 2 or 3 level. I dont know how so many of these people come up with these draft lists on here with picks all the way to round 7 for us. Are they drawing these names out of a hat? If you arent paid to follow the developement of college prospects(scout or draft guru), how the hell do you come up with this stuff?

Having said that I will say I do think Matt Ryan is the real deal and has all the tools to be a solid NFL QB. I think he is a cant miss QB and there arent many guys at that position I would label that. So I guess Im saying I would like to select him if we kept the first pick or were fortunate enough to trade down to a spot where he is still available. Ideally I would prefer we trade out for more picks even if it meant not being in position to get Ryan. A few other players I think will be solid NFL players but we may or may not be in position to pick them(we could be picking higher than their value or they be off the board when its our turn) that Highsmith kid from LSU seems like a player to me. I think Owen Schmitt will be a solid FB in the NFL. Manningham will be a great receiver in the NFL. Lots of good players in this draft overall in early rounds. The more picks we have in rounds 1-3 the happier I will be.

FA- I wouldnt mind if we didnt spend any money this year in free agency. I do like Bernard Berrian and think he can be had at a reasonable price. Outside of him I dont think most of the top tier guys are worth the cash this year. Im sure we will sign a couple of guys who arent over priced. Plus I dont see the logic in spending big money on say....Samuel this season when we are in a rebuilding process. Maybe next season we will be in a better position to grab a big money guy.
 
FA - Randy Moss....lets steal his 22 TD's from the Pats....paybacks for them taking Wes Welker.

They didn't take Welker. Cameron GAVE them Welker. What an idiot.

#2a: Rogers Cromartie/ or Antoine cason/ or Aqib Talib/ or Leodis McKelvin one of them have to be there
#2b: Ali Highsmith/ or Beau Bell
#3: Joe Flacco/ or Andre' Woodson one of them will be there

The Pats made him an offer that we really could not match...so lets do the same to them. I think Moss has 3 good years in him. Also, we got Samson Satele at Center with the 2nd rounder from the Pats, so it was not a total loss.
 
I like players who don't say much and play hard.
