Who do you want for our new head coach? Personally, I don't know enough about all the potential candidates, so I thought this thread could provide much needed info about a lot of these guys.

While I'd love an OC instead of a DC, the class of this crop is Ron Rivera. He should be the next coach of the Dolphins unless the GM retained to run the show has a strong preference for somebody else.

I voted Jim Caldwell, probably has no shot. It may be a good idea to bring Jim Bates back. I know WH said he wants to win, but the organization is in a flux right. Bates may be a bridge or a stopgap right away. Plus, it may sway JT away from retiring. Just a thought.
