FYI, If you haven't had a chance yet, check it out! Their goal is to give the fans more access, and I have to say, I love it! They won't give away the game plan for the week, but it sure is nice hearing and seeing comments by Saban and our player's in the proper contex. Some good news I heard on there today was, so far, no other team is providing this kind of access to the fans, and they have a few more things lined up in the future.

Really i havent heard of it i think ill go check it out thanks for the info.

It's awesome. You need real player, but you can get that for free, if you don't have it. When it starts, right click "open in real player". That way you can watch it in theater mode, which is the full size of you monitor. :D

Agreed. Despite Saban's restriction for media types, the insider shows more info than previously available for us with the regular news outlets.
And without the beat writers' spin.

yea that is pretty sweet u can watch practice highlights and press conferences and what not

I go there often. I like you get to see what Saban says, and thus the reporters can twist or take his words out of context.

**RANT**
I read a article from the herald and the reporter said "When asked about the starting quarterback will be Saban said 'Enough Already'. Translated that means, leave me alone about" and then goes on to imply Saban is unhappy with the QB's and he is frustrated by the QB's. When he was actually frustrated by the Media asking the same damn questions everyday after day after day. So you get to see how the media harps on issues and tries to stir up contraversy with players and coaches. Actaully it's pretty pathetic on their part. So I like getting the information from the horses mouth instead of having these guys put their own spin on it. Which can be negative allot of the times.

It is awesome!...But sooner or later it will cost money so enjoy it while you can....This is one thing that I would actually pay for.

I love what they are doing on there. We are the only team's fans that have this kind of access on the team home website. This is great!! It is well put together and a longtime coming IMO>

I agree....it's like ESPN Insider. They let you get used to having it, and then take it away. The only thing you can do is pay for, because you have to have it. Sunday Ticket is the same thing. They could raise the price to $500, and I would still pay. Don't tell them that though! :D

I thought the post game locker room talk that Saban was cool, would have had to have waited for inside the NFL for maybe a snipit of that, but got to see the whole thing on insider, and it was very cool seeing Zach Thomas present Saban with the game ball!

Naahhh. I really, really, really doubt it. They've been putting PC and interviews up for free for years, so I don't see them charging for this - it feeds fans' interest and that's what puts the $ in the NFL's pocket.
