Cmon people! Who else is tired of the threads ripping on one QB on our roster in order to support the other? I don't really care who frickin starts out of the McCown/Beck/Henne trio. I just want the best QB that will help the Dolphins win the most possible games. There is no way to know what will happen until it unfolds in camp and preseason. Be patient people and stop ripping Beck or Henne (and maybe start talking about McCown a little more). Go McHenneck!!!

I just hope Merling don't kill any of them in practice. He is known to get a little carried away sometimes.:wacky:
 
I'm in. Really this is the way all Dolphins fans should look at it. Who cares who starts as long as he's good and becomes the QB of the future?
 
I'm with you guys. I'm rooting for all 3 of our QB's.

It's wierd how after Wanny came in, the fanbase began bashing our own players at certain positions in hopes of rooting for the other. I beleive we may have gotten accustomed to it ever since we have had numerous amounts of QB's.

What happened to the good old days of just rooting for Dan Marino?

I honeslty think this may be a special year for the phins. Don;t be surprised if we end with good talent at QB. We could have the next Drew Brees/Phillip Rivers combo on our team.
 
Im with you Clownfish...i dont care which one of the 3 wins out as long as we are brought back to respectability and beyond in the near future...just root for a Dolphin...doesnt matter which one leads us there...dare i start the Davone Bess wagon too?? lol
 
I hope you are right Predaphin...it really becomes wearing watching your team lose year after year.
I am kind of curious where all the hate is coming from because in the big scheme of things,who really gives a duck who our starting quarterback is?or any position for that matter?if whoever is out there is making my Fins great I don't care who he is.I have my favorites and I do admit a soft spot for John Beck,but if he doesn't end up as our starting QB it won't upset me if we are once again great.

The operative part being "fair and square". I would love to see a truly open competition, and not the trifecta going with Henne or McCown simply because they were handpicked. Any QB that spends his offseason trying to improve/refine his game the way that Beck supposedly has is awesome in my book. Beck deserves an equal chance.

I'm sure he will recieve that chance and go into camp as the starter. Even though those guys are handpicked Bill and Jeff hired Lee before the HC to begin working with Beck immediately. They have been working rigorously and Beck has attended all the OTA's. They are more familiar with Beck than either McCown or Henne. This regime rewards hard work.
 
Personally, I am kind of a Beck fan, but I am pulling for all three to be very good and that the best of them ends up starting. That gives us depth and if they are good enough; it gives us trade options.

There is no benefit for us if one of our players is as bad as some people are trying to make them out to be.
 
I'd like to see all three become equally good because if Heaven forbid,one of them goes down with an injury,we have 2 more good quarterbacks waiting in the wings.
