does Ireland have a guy that works specifically on the salary cap?

By skirt, you of course mean, "Way over paying mediocre players with lucrative 1 and 2 year deals that keep them from bringing in the real talent"?

well, their talent evaluation has been poor. But they've consistently been over the cap and pretty much gotten away with it. I dont think theyve signed anyone to 1 and 2 year deals. Most have been long term.

I think a lot of those contracts were backloaded, but sooner or later you would think it would have to catch up with them. I know it caught up with the 49ers after they did it for years when Carmen Policy and Dwight Clark were there.

hopefully. i live in DC, and absolutely cannot stand the hype that surrounds the Redskins EVERY year
