Who is Ireland's best draft pick in his 6 years and who is his worst in you're opinion. I'm just curious what everyone thinks.

Tannehill is my pick for best.
Pat white for the worst.

Best pick could be evaluated by a gem found late in the draft

Best = Charles Clay

Worst = Hard to say, so many bad ones.

I'm not talking about a 6th round pick playing good and because its a 6th round pick that makes him better than a guy in early rounds. I'm just saying period point blank who are the best and worst!!

What's the metric we're using for best? Because if we're going by # of Pro Bowls and # of times appearing on the All-Pro team, his best draft selection was Jake Long. And it's not even close.

And.... I'd also pick Jake Long as his worst draft pick. Not because he was a bad player, but because of what we passed on to get him.

Any way you see it is the scale. Just you're own personal opinion.

Best - Tannehill
Worst - Long/Henne

These kinds of threads really hammer home how inconsistent he has been... some winners like Tannehill, Clay, Hartline, etc but AAAAAAAAA LOT of misses.

Although I think tannehill is going to be our qb for the future. It's kinda funny he is the best draft choice Jeffery has made. Not 1 superstar. I'm not talking a pro bowler. I mean a SUPERSTAR like a McCoy or a Charles,Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, a Patrick Willis. Somebody of that caliber.

I could see Tannehill, Pouncey, Clay, Jordan, Odrick and OV reaching that TOP 5 or so status in the future.

Currently the closest we have to that is Cam Wake who wasn't a draft pick and is on a "low" year.

Best pick- Tannehill.

Worst pick since BP left- Jonathan Martin.

Both on the same year... you hit some, miss some.

Best

Charles Clay. better value. RT needs more time to be best pick

Worst

Pat White (BP guy, Martin at least we got a year and half out of him)
