After all the free agents who we have signed to compliment our team from last year, I must say, I do not look at the draft an answer to taking us to the next level. With the few picks which we have, I see us adding depth except for the one first round pick.

Thank GOD we have Saban who is willing to bring in new players every week to compete and challenge our starters for playing time. Finally we have a coach who has vision and a plan to make our team better. A coach who is willing to not play prevent defense and try to run out the clock to protect a lead. No more playing it safe. It’s about giving 100% for the whole game.

This is the first time in a LONG TIME where I don not see us having to draft someone to make us competitive. For those of you who are long time dolphin fans you will relate with this one. Even after the draft, Saban will continue to bring in new talent to evaluate and make the team better.

In summary, I look forward to see who we draft but I feel we already had our draft with all the talent we signed during free agency.

We will KICK but this year. Yea.!!!!!!!!

true, i do believe we have a nice roster, much improved over last season because of FA's however draftees are what will determine our success in the FUTURE

I thought last year Travis Daniels was drafted for depth in the fourth round...you just never know.

i agree that most of our draft will be about adding depth, but we still need to get younger at some positions (d-line) and we need that young playmaker to get us over the top

Who needs a draft? Yeah maybe it won't be too important this year, but think about our future, we do need a draft.

im thinking and getting a feeling that this draft will be great for long term success.now im thinking third round we get omar jacobs.man i hope we are getting him:D

I think you are setting yourself up for a big disappointment. Saban has already said that the DC, Kelly Campbell, LJ Shelton and Beasley picks were to shore up weaknesses in the offense.
He's clearly targeting this draft to boost the defense with fixtures for the long term future.

If Saban does half as well in the draft this year as he did last year then I don't think there is any question about our success.Ronnie Brown is the MAN.Roth improved nicely throughout the year and should become a starter for us one day.Crowder RULES!!!!Daniels did an outstanding job for us in his rookie season and I hope he stays a Dolphin for the long haul.Just give us two more players that can contribute the way that they did and watch them vastly improve this season as well and we WILL be the TEAM to beat.Long live the MIAMI DOLPHINS and long live NICK SABAN!

hope fully we get cromartie to perfect our defense!!

Well I was wrong about Ricky playing this year, so here's my pick at #16:

Offense - Chad Jackson Defense - Antonio Cromartie

That should pretty much eliminate those two.

im good with those two as well.. plus an omar jacobs in the 3rd and we are set for the future...

I've been a fan of this team for a long time...it seems like when our first pick doesn't do well, neither does the team. I was thinking about it today, OJ McDuffie, Marino, Webb, Oliver...when the young guys come in and play well, we do well. If they don't, Green, Hill, Smith et al, the team declines. You need two or three players from the draft to contribute every year and one to contribute in a big way...

I think Claude Wroten will be a steal if we can get him in the 3rd round, what do you guys think. I mean this guy has first round talent, but he has some legal issues, but I think he is a great DT. Opinions.

The draft is a roll of the dice most of the time but when the dice go your way it really works out well. I know this is off topic but i still can't believe that the Texans passed on Bush. In the words of Napoleon Dynamite "Idiot!"
