I see SD at the Ravens, Cleveland at Buff, and Denver at KC. Is there any advantage for us in these AFC games being played?
I ask because sometimes the ones I think should win isn't always the case.

We definitely want the Chargers to win and also I think probably want the bills and Denver to win

I am done worrying about this. It never works out.

Worry about stopping the run Monday night.

The Bills will beat the Browns because once again the Bills can summon a "feel good cause" and muster up emotions to win a stupid football game.

That is such a pathetic franchise. They gravy train any event in order to find the guts to win a game. I cannot stand them.

While I agree that they are a pathetic franchise, at least they win those games. We can't seem to win any meaningful game (whether for pride or playoff position), what does that say about us.

Of this slate of games, I would like to see the Raven, Chiefs and Browns all lose.

Ummm…Miami found a way to get it done vs. Buffalo earlier this month. That game was "loser or go home" and Miami found a way.

My point is Buffalo has manufactured or gravy trained four times this year a "win one for whomever"…it just gets lame.

I can't remember a time in all the years Miami was in contention for a wild card spot that a scenario ever worked out for us. I'm done worrying about what happens. Just win your games and that's it.

It is too muddled right now. Need a couple weeks to see how it plays out and weed out the pretenders.

But if you need a list of teams that we need to lose, here you go.

Bills over Browns- we own the tiebreaker over Bills
Bucs over Bengals - not likely but that tie is haunting everybody in the playoff race
Saints over Steelers- Saints are a sinking ship right now but maybe they have some fight left, doubt it
Packers over Pats- just because
Broncos over Chiefs- Chiefs keep losing we may not have to worry about that loss to them
Ravens over Chargers- I may be in the minority here, even though we have the tiebreaker over SD they are still ahead of us. We must beat the Ravens anyways so take care of them next week

Whatever we need to happen just expect the opposite. Last week every single team we needed to lose won their game and of course we lost ours.

What's this about a 3 way tie head to head isn't the deciding factor??? Did I get that right...

That is correct.

Three or More Clubs

(Note: If two clubs remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated, tie breaker reverts to step 1 of applicable two-club format.)

Apply division tie breaker to eliminate all but the highest ranked club in each division prior to proceeding to step 2. The original seeding within a division upon application of the division tie breaker remains the same for all subsequent applications of the procedure that are necessary to identify the two Wild-Card participants.
Head-to-head sweep. (Applicable only if one club has defeated each of the others or if one club has lost to each of the others.)
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games, minimum of four.
Strength of victory.
Strength of schedule.
Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
Best net points in conference games.
Best net points in all games.
Best net touchdowns in all games.
Coin toss
When the first Wild-Card team has been identified, the procedure is repeated to name the second Wild-Card, i.e., eliminate all but the highest-ranked club in each division prior to proceeding to step 2. In situations where three or more teams from the same division are involved in the procedure, the original seeding of the teams remains the same for subsequent applications of the tie breaker if the top-ranked team in that division qualifies for a Wild-Card berth.
