In another thread, the question was asked if we should rebuild. It was brought up that some may not trust the rebuilders? So let me ask this question, who would you trust? If Ross would back off and give someone else "total control" who, realistically, should we get?

I'll do it. Can't be any worse.

There is no clear cut answer to this question. I would consider Nick Caserio from NE, even if he demands to bring in Mcdaniels. I'm sure there are several deserving young executives deserving of a chance. If you want to go outside the box, I would consider Nat Moore. I spoke to a few dolphin alumni a few years back and they brought up his name as a candidate.

Marino time!

I don't actually think a good idea but I couldn't think of anyone else off the top of my head

My thing is that people blame Ross, but he is not a football guy, he is an owner. He wants to hire someone competent to run the team and back off, but he can't find them. If you were Ross, who would turn the team over to?

Ross is 100 percent to blame. Talking about stability but creates the most un stable work environment by forcing marriages.

Ron Wolf is 77 years old....and sitting at home. Bring his butt out of retirement.

Ross tried to bring in other candidates in 2014 but by that time, Philbin and Ireland had created such a dysfunctional, ;laughing stock of an organization that no one would touch the job. Most of the big names turned down the interviews.

We still have the same guys in place that have been "building" this house of cards for years. The only difference being Tannenbaum and the former fired GM he replaced, Terry Bradway. Same Pro Personnel guy scouting these useless overpaid free agents. It's not even funny.

I really wish Saban would of stuck it out and saw this thing through.
I'm sure he would have our Franchise QB in place and this thing moving in the right direction.
He was the only hope I had felt around here in a long time and boy did he ever ass blast us.

never mind... $%&# him!!!!
