We had new numbers and names all over the field today. Even the announcers said the Dolphins have a lot of 2s in with the 1.

The drop off from jenkins to hewitt was not that large.. Even the rookie mikes looked okay.. Sheppard had some nice stops at the end of the game but he is a hot mess

I saw Hewitt a lot but it usually involved him missing a tackle. I guess you can credit him for being around the ball?

Lots and lots of UFDA players out there today. Can't tell if this means more about these young guys stepping up or Chip Kelley being overrated. Both?

Also, love beating Mark Sanchez regardless of the jersey.

Kelly failed epicly this year. He's still a brilliant innovator and if he survives this mess I think he will learn from it, but in today's NFL do coaches survive this? If they don't make the playoffs we'll see.

Never did. Always said he's a compiler, not a playmaker.

Jenkins is having a bit of down year IMO. Was it last year or the year before he had a really good year? I think he's a somewhere in between LB. He's our best on our roster and probably worth keeping because is an above average LB. What we need is a dominant Mike to put beside him.

People said he had a good year because he had a lot of tackles, not because he was making any game-changing plays outside of a single play against Geno Smith where he batted a ball in the air and could have gotten flagged for PI for not turning towards the ball while making contact.

I don't dislike Jenkins, but an LB getting tackles is like a QB getting completions. It flat out should happen, and getting a lot alone doesn't mean you are a game changer. It matters how and where they occur.

I agree he's not an all pro but he is a NFL starter especially with a very good Mike LB. Also it was good to see Lippett get some PT. Might as well play these guys and give them experience and allow us to evaluate what we have.

Hes finding out that you have to have PLAYERS. ALL THE BRILLIANT COACHING INTHE WORLD CANT MAKE UP FOR NO BIG TIME PLAYERS!! Kelly got wrapped up in his own hype and gutted one of the teams with the most big time playmakers in it.

This is why its so gut wrenchingly sickening seeing all these sofa loafers here wanting to poop can Campbell and lazor when they know NOTHING about what took place in the meetings and what coaches and players were relaying back and forth as to what philly was doing.

Plus the fact everyone thinks Dan should have beat the pats and bills with philbins players and have every player and coach and scheme analyzed and straightened out in 4 games. And having only 5 guys on this team who are really good. Oh, and No depth!!

Fans. :bobdole:

When it comes to corner and linebackers im down with letting the young guys play...could vigil or hull be much worse than sheppherd? I mean really watching sheppherd out there is brutal he looks lost half the time.

You make a good point. At 3-5 and injuries we really have no choice. McCain is getting his shot too and ended up wiping out Bradford
