After a few years, because everyone seems to jump on early bandwagons i.e. Lazor for coach after one season lol

lazor, sherman, cameron etc etc etc

coyle, Bowles, olivadotii etc etc etc

it's been so long since we have had a good head coach let alone coordinators

who do u think was loved last?!?

Linehan, Norv. God I'd kill to get one of those guys back. An actual NFL offense and not so sh**ty HS/College spread crap.

Mike Nolan wasn't a bad DC. Hell I'd take the stache as DC if he wanted.

Linehan was great as an OC. He made Frerotte look good at QB. Chris Chambers was great that season as well.

Linehan as OC cant think of a great DC for long while. Nolan's Defense always started out stong but seemed to get figured out during the season.

I was really not a fan of Norv's offense. Linehan though was spectacular. Such a highlight having him. He was ahead of his time 10 years ago and is still a great OC.

Hires I supported wholeheartedly at the time:

Head Coaches - Jimmy Johnson, Nick Saban (Shula of course, but I wasn't alive when he was hired)
Offensive Coordinators - Norv Turner, Scott Linehan, Chan Gailey, and Bill Lazor (Obviously, I was wrong on Lazor)
Defensive Coordinators - Jim Bates, Paul Pasqualoni, Will Muschamp, and Dom Capers
