will it be Bess or Hartline ?

I honestly don't believe they (F.O.) will start Camarillo due to his lack of speed over bess and hartline, please let me know you're take on this.
:3w:

please do not even plant that seed. we just got the guy - don't speculate on our alternatives if he goes down already. bad news bears.

if he was to get hurt Devone Bess and Hartline would be our two starters which would really suck and Cam would be our slot

Lets try to focus on happy thoughts. No more pessimistic thoughts. The glass is half full, their is always a silver lining, tomorrows another day, etc etc....

Why would you even post a thread like this? And I thought the Marshall # threads were bad. It's going to be a long offseason.

Bess is primarily a slot receiver.
Hartline and Cammy would fill the other roles.
We have a lot of other promising WR candidates, one of which may make the team. RGM, Pruitt, T Johnson, Wallace, Moore...
Cammy is just as fast as Bess (now that his ACL has healed), had comparable 40 times (both ran a 4.6), taller (by 2"), great hands. Bess is quicker, but because of his lack of size he is "Bess-t" in the slot.

NAME 40 TIME HEIGHT WEIGHT
Grice-Mullen 4.36 5' 11" 180 lb
Pruitt 4.42 6' 2" 206 lb
Wallace 4.47 (average with/against wind) 6' 4" 225 lb
Hartline 4.49 6' 1" 186 lb
Marshall 4.50 6' 4" 230 lb
Moore 4.51 6' 0" 190 lb
Johnson 4.52 6' 1" 205 lb
Turner 4.58 6' 5" 220 lb
Bess 4.60 5' 10" 190 lb
Camarillo 4.60 6' 1" 190 lb

It would more than likely be the same as it was the 2nd half of last season when Ginn lost his starting spot. Bess, Hartline & Camarillo I think all got starting time last season and I would expect them to rotate between Cam and Bess if Marshall went down.

I clicked on this thread just so I could rate it...

What will we do if we lose an elite #1 WR? Well, what have we been doing the past 10+ years?
