Just read the article about Bennie Anderson getting hurt... and it sounds as if we have no legitimate backup, as we have had plenty of injuries at the guard position. Seth McKinnie was just released and signed with the JETS. Toledo is on IR. Who is going to start????????

I am surprised more poeple on the board are not more conscerned about this at the line play has been a glaring weakness. I am not saying that Anderson is even that great, but his backup is probably even worse. What do you guys think?

I think that the way the season has started, the media ripping the Phins the fans getting ready to start a mutiny....everyone's a little numb right now. At this point I don't really care who they put in there to replace Bennie, lets go play ball.

Uh, Kendyl Jacox? The guy who was in there after Anderson went out, and actually looked pretty good?

Yup, Kendyl Jacox, a player who actually knows Hudson Houck's zone blocking scheme better than Anderson and has been a starter in this league for years, is taking over the starting role. I actually feel more comfortable with him in there, simply because of his familiarity with a very complex scheme. He's a quality player.

BTW, Seth McKinney is on IR. Wade Smith is the guy who was released and signed by the Jets...

No one is concerned because Anderson was a disaster and we had already signed a guy that was going to replace him in Kendyl Jacox.
