Any trade involving Rivers would be a boon for us and terrible for SD...They will take a huge cap hit...yes, they could do it, but why ?? If a deal for Rivers is made, they would still have to pay the prorated bonus on his contract, and we would just pay the base salary and earned bonuses ?? That doesn't make sense for SD...but hey, I was and still am a Rivers guy...that would be fantastic in my eyes...
