I lean towards Philbin due to his GB ties especially if he could land Clements as OC. Not sure who MCoy could bring that would be a step up to what we had but I'm not as familiar with him. Regardless I like the idea of keeping Bowles as DC. Thoughts??

Why does everyone think Green Bay is just going to let all their coaches get poached by opposing teams?

Why wouldnt Clements be the OC in Green Bay? Why would he choose Miami over Green Bay, a city where he lives and knows, and a team that is light years ahead of Miami in talent? Philbin isnt bringing Clements

It's the nature of the game. I don't really think its up to gb. If your a winner, u get picked apart

Id have to believe Philbin would have a better staff, he's been around better coach's.

Yes, it is up to Green Bay. They're under no obligation to allow them to interview for anything except a Head Coach position. They're not going to let their coaching staff get picked dry.

It is up to Green Bay if the coaches are under on contract.

McCoy is not brining Henning with him...ridiculous.

Did I recently read that McCoy has connections to Haley and that Haley could be a possible OC? Don't remember for sure.

I think Zimmer is the guy with connections to Haley, not McCoy.

But McCoy will not be limited to guys with whom he has had prior connections. The question is can he attract top flight assistants? Saban did. Sparano and Cameron didn't.
